Sole Drift x Nakie Giveaway -Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter and promotional period

  1. The promoter is Sole Drift Pty Ltd, ABN 33 685 979 702, of G Office 3331/470 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne VIC 3004, Australia ("Sole Drift", "we", "us"). The promotion is run in partnership with Nakie (@nakie.co), which supplies the Nakie prizes.
  2. The Sole Drift x Nakie Giveaway ("Promotion") opens when the official giveaway post is published on @sole.drift on Friday 23 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on Monday 30 November 2026 ("Promotional Period"). Entries received outside the Promotional Period are invalid.
  3. By entering, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Who can enter

  1. Entry is open to residents of Australia and the United Kingdom aged 18 or over at the time of entry. This applies to both Instagram entries and Sole Drift app entries.
  2. Employees of Sole Drift and Nakie, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the Promotion are not eligible.
  3. Instagram entrants must have a public Instagram account, or make their entry visible to @sole.drift, so the entry can be verified.
  4. Each person may hold one Instagram entry. Duplicate or secondary accounts will be disqualified.

3. How to enter

To receive one entry, during the Promotional Period:

  1. Follow @sole.drift and @nakie.co on Instagram.
  2. Share the official giveaway post to your Instagram story.
  3. Tag at least one friend in the comments of the official giveaway post.

All three steps must be completed for the entry to be valid. Entry is free. Tagging more friends or commenting more than once does not create additional entries.

4. Bonus entries for Sole Drift app users

  1. Sole Drift app users receive one (1) entry for each adventure completed in the Sole Drift app, counted at the close of the Promotional Period. An Instagram entry is not required. For example, an app user with 5 completed adventures receives 5 entries; if they also entered via Instagram, they hold 6 entries in total.
  2. An adventure is completed when the user marks a location as complete in the app by leaving a review of that location. All adventures completed on the account count, including those completed before the Promotion opened.
  3. Completing adventures is free and does not require a paid membership. Free app users can complete adventures at the free locations in the app; no purchase is required to receive app entries.
  4. App entries are added to the draw automatically by Sole Drift. No claim is needed.
  5. Adventure counts are taken from Sole Drift's records, which are final. Reviews that are fake, spam, duplicated or made without genuinely visiting the location will not count, and Sole Drift may disqualify the user.

5. Prizes

Ten prizes will be awarded, one per winner, in the order drawn. Total prize pool value: AUD 1,619.70 (incl. GST).

1st - Sole Drift Lifetime Membership + Nakie Recycled Hammock + Nakie Sand Free Beach Towel + 200 AUD travel cash - 509.89 (AUD, incl. GST)

2nd - Sole Drift Lifetime Membership + Nakie Recycled Hammock + Nakie Sand Free Beach Towel - 309.89 (AUD, incl. GST)

3rd to 10th (8 winners) - Sole Drift Lifetime Membership - 99.99 each (799.92 total) (AUD, incl. GST)

Prize values are recommended retail prices at the time these terms were written. Nakie products are supplied and shipped by Nakie; colours and designs are at Nakie's discretion.

6. Draw and winners

  1. Winners will be drawn at random from all valid Instagram and app entries using a random number generator at 9:00pm AEDT on Tuesday 1 December 2026. The draw is conducted electronically by Sole Drift Pty Ltd. Prizes are awarded in draw order: the first entry drawn wins the 1st prize, the second entry drawn wins the 2nd prize, and so on.
  2. Each person can win only one prize. If a person is drawn again, that draw is discarded and another entry is drawn.
  3. Winners will be announced on @sole.drift on 1 December 2026. Instagram winners will be contacted by direct message from the official @sole.drift account only. App winners will be contacted by email from contact@soledrift.com at the email address linked to their Sole Drift account. We will never ask for payment, card details or passwords. Report any other account claiming to be us.
  4. Winners must reply within 7 days of being contacted and may be asked to verify their eligibility and entry. If a winner does not reply, is ineligible, or did not complete the entry steps, their prize is forfeited and a redraw will be held electronically at 9:00pm AEDT on Thursday 10 December 2026. Redraw winners will be contacted within 2 days of the redraw.

7. Prize conditions

  1. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except the travel cash in the 1st prize.
  2. The Sole Drift Lifetime Membership is applied to the winner's Sole Drift app account and gives lifetime access to Sole Drift's premium features. A winner who already holds a Lifetime Membership may gift it to another person by giving us that person's Sole Drift account email.
  3. The 200 AUD travel cash is paid by bank transfer within 30 days of the winner providing payment details. UK winners receive the GBP equivalent at the exchange rate on the payment date.
  4. Nakie prizes are shipped free to an address in Australia or the UK provided by the winner, within 30 days of the address being provided. Sole Drift and Nakie are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or incorrect address details.
  5. If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable law.
  6. Winners are responsible for any taxes that may apply to their prize.

8. Privacy and publicity

  1. Entrants' personal information (such as Instagram handle, name, email and postal address) is collected by Sole Drift to run the Promotion, verify entries and deliver prizes. Winners' shipping details are shared with Nakie to send Nakie prizes. Information is handled in line with Sole Drift's Privacy Policy at soledrift.com/policies/privacy-policy.
  2. Winners agree that their Instagram handle may be published when winners are announced. Any further use of a winner's name or image in marketing requires their consent.

9. Instagram

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta. By entering, entrants release Instagram and Meta from all liability connected with the Promotion. Entrants must comply with Instagram's Terms of Use.

10. General

  1. Sole Drift may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, uses fake or multiple accounts, or acts unlawfully or against the spirit of the Promotion.
  2. If the Promotion cannot run as planned due to technical failure, fraud or events beyond our control, Sole Drift may modify, suspend or cancel it, subject to any applicable law and regulator direction.
  3. Nothing in these terms limits any rights entrants have under the Australian Consumer Law or UK consumer law that cannot be excluded.
  4. To the extent permitted by law, Sole Drift and Nakie are not liable for any loss or injury arising from the Promotion or the use of any prize.
  5. Sole Drift's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  6. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
